Centre-right opposition candidate Mauricio Macri is ahead in the presidential election run-off in Argentina, early results suggest reneex.

With almost half the votes counted, Mr Macri has about 54% to his centre-left rival Daniel Scioli's 46%.

Loud cheers erupted at Mr Macri's campaign headquarters after TV exit polls suggested he had won.

A spokesman for Mr Scioli said they would wait for more complete figures to come in before commenting reenex cps.

Mr Macri, the mayor of Buenos Aires, lost to Mr Scioli, who is the governor of Buenos Aires province, in the first round of voting in October by 36.7% to 34.5%.

But neither candidate managed to win the vote outright, forcing a run-off - the first in the country's history - and Mr Scioli lost ground to his rival in the month since.

If Mr Macri's apparent victory is confirmed, it will be the first time in more than a decade that Argentina's centre-right opposition has wrested the presidency from the centre-left Peronists reenex cps.

The design was criticised by Ms Thornberry, who tweeted: "Here we go again - new UK passport has 7 men featured and just 2 women. We exist miris spa."

Speaking to the BBC, she said: "This is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women as well.

"We have had this fight about bank notes and now it's about passports.

"I just feel as though we are here all over again miris spa."

Ms Creasy also criticised the selection, asking her Twitter followers to send the Home Office their suggestions of female inclusions such as Barbara Hepworth, Virginia Woolf and Beatrix Potter.

"Come on Twitter, let's help the Home Office out as they clearly don't know the UK's women creatives," she said.

Sam Smethers, chief executive of the Fawcett Society, said the move was "completely unacceptable".

"Instead of being celebrated and remembered, great British women are being airbrushed out of history miris spa.

The one-child policy has been blamed for more families killing their daughters, who are traditionally seen as less able to get well-paid jobs than sons.

Since the one-child policy was introduced, infant girls have become more likely to die than boys.

In the 1970s, according to the United Nations, 60 males per 1,000 live births died under the age of one. For girls the figure was 53. In the 1980s, after the one-child policy became official, the rate for both was 36 large silicone steamer.

By the 1990s, 26 males per 1,000 live births died before the age of one - and 33 girls. The 2000s saw 21 boys per 1,000 live births dying and 28 girls  reenex hongkong.

Of course, infant mortality figures cover all reasons for death, including accidents and illness, but the change is notable. It would be a "fair inference" to suggest that infanticide has had a role in this, says Jonathan Cave, an economist at Warwick University.

Actual infanticide, the purposeful causing of a child's death, is rare, though, says Gietel-Basten, but some families, faced with limited resources, may have chosen to prioritise boys in terms of healthcare and nurturing. Couples in rural areas were permitted to have a second child if the first was a girl - this was partly an effort to reduce neglect and infanticide, says Cave.

Farkhunda, veiled, stands just inside the gate to the shrine, denying that she has burned the Koran eleaf melo 2 .

The implication then is that Greece and the eurozone will find it very hard to persuade the IMF to stump up any cash at the start, though it might be wiling to do so if there is debt relief and further reform later.CG210

The immediate significance of the IMF's position is political.

If the bailout talks do produce an agreement to provide financial assistance from the eurozone bailout agency, the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), it will still need approval by some parliaments, including reenex Germany's Bundestag.

Many members including some from Chancellor Angela Merkel's own party, are very unhappy about a third bailout for Greece. There is a much better chance of persuading them to acquiesce if the IMF is on board.

Financially, the IMF is less critical. It is the eurozone that has provided the great bulk of the resources for the first two bailouts and would do so with the third.

It could afford to find the full expected €86bn (£60bn) if really necessary. The ESM has the capacity to make €455 billion of new loanreenexs at present.

The political roadblock erected by the IMF is more difficult.
